I have a few friends from the area so I have visited many times. We have spent a significant amount of time at Victoria Beach and Main Beach.
Downtown Laguna has many restaurants and shops. There are quite a few surfers in the area. Paddle boarding is also very popular.
Because of the nice weather year round, many people from the northwest travel there.
I look forward to visiting friends in Laguna Beach after the pandemic has subsided. It is a great area to relax and spend some time outside.
